Personal data protection 11.03.2012Recently a new administrative order entered into force containing more stringent rules regarding requirements for the use of cookies on the internet. The purpose of the administrative order is to protect the users’ private sphere. Therefore, the main rule will be that consent is required before the use of cookies is allowed.
